missingWrote a review on 07 Decconvenient locationpoor smoke management
The hotel is conveniently located in East Jerusalem, making it easy to access the vibrant Muslim Quarter and local attractions.
The non-smoking policy was not enforced, resulting in smoke seeping into our room from neighboring guests who were partying.

It was a such great stay during the holidays. The entire staff were very-very nice and welcoming. Its location was magnificent, close enough to the Muslim quarter of the old town.
Rooms were very cold.

missingWrote a review on 02 Declimited breakfast variety
The location is ideal for reaching the
Old City's iconic sites. Their warmth and readiness to help, especially Ayat and Naser, were highlights of my visit. While breakfast was decent, I felt it lacked some variety in options.

It has marvellous and excellent location in Jerusalem as it's not far from a nice area and the railway station.
Nothing, all excellent.

The staff helped us with everything. The room was silent and quiet with free coffee machine and a good bed, as for instance, had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was satisfactory and the entire staff was superfriendly...

The welcome sweets and cozy space. The electric kettle was a nice touch.

The breakfast menu doesn't change much, which could get dull if you're staying multiple nights. Checkout is a strict 11:00, which feels rushed, especially after a too-comfortable bed leading to missed meals. Non-smoking rooms aren't upheld well. Smoke from partying guests seeped into my room.

The warm hospitality and seamless check-in. I enjoyed unwinding at the very nice on-site spa after a long day and sipping coffee at the cozy lounge. The breakfast availability could be a tad limiting, but they kindly let me take my plate back to my room for a leisurely bite 😊
